The following list of reports are the names and descriptions of commonly used reports in Workday Student. Find and use any of the reports below by typing their full name into the search bar in Workday.

RPT - ACADEMIC PERIOD DATES (UAF)
View details of academic period dates. You can select multiple academic periods, such
as Fall, Fall August Intersession, Fall I, Fall II, Fall Mini.
RPT - ACADEMIC UNIT DETAILS (UAF)
Details of active academic units with superior academic unit.
RPT - PROGRAM OF STUDY (UAF)
Academic program of study (majors, minors, certificates, etc.) details. Optional prompts
include college, department, academic level, program of study, program type, and a
flag to indicate if program is active or not.
RPT - EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONAL INFORMATION (UAF)
Details of external educational institutions (high schools and colleges), including
contact information and all associated IDs.
RPT - COURSE SECTION DEFINITIONS BY ACADEMIC PERIOD (UAF)
Details of all course sections offered in an academic period.
RPT - ADVISING HOLDS WITH ADVISOR INFORMATION (UAF)

Lists details on onboarding process for continuing students.
RPT - STUDENTS ELIGIBLE TO ENROLL BUT NOT ENROLLED (UAF)
Lists active, matriculated students with an active academic record at UAF who are
eligible to enroll in classes.
RPT - INTERIM GRADE REPORT (UAF)
Lists interim grades (early process grades) for students enrolled in an academic period
with course section information.

RPT - ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS STATUS FOR PROGRAMS OF STUDY (UAF)
Purpose: This report identifies which courses fulfil a specific academic requirement
and highlights students who have not yet satisfied that requirement. Important Notes:
An academic requirement can share the same name across multiple programs of study
or be shared across programs. To confirm which program of study a requirement is configured
for, click the ellipsis (“…”) next to the requirement name to drill down into details.
RPT - REGISTRATIONS NOT SATISFYING REQUIREMENTS (UAF)
Purpose: Identify instances in which a student's current or past course registration
does not meet a specified requirement on the Academic Progress Sheet. A requirement
may be unsatisfied for several reasons, including: the student is registered for a
course that does not fulfill the requirement; the student previously enrolled in an
applicable course but later withdrew, resulting in no earned credit; or the student
completed a course with an insufficient grade when a minimum grade is required for
fulfillment.
RPT - TRANSFER EQUIVALENCY GUIDE (UAF)
Lists information on UAF transfer course equivalencies. For the Academic Unit field,
enter University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. For External Institution, enter the name
of the college where the transfer course has been completed or will be taken. Note:
Select the Main Campus for the transfer institution in the External Institution field
list. To see course equivalencies for a particular course, enter the UAF course information
in the Internal Equivalent Coursework field. Leave that field blank to see all courses
at the external institution.
RPT - FIND ACADEMIC RECORDS (UAF)
Lists all academic records of students. Results are limited to the user’s institution.
Includes optional prompts of Student's College, Department, Academic Level, Active
Programs of Study, Program Type, Primary Program of Study, Student Cohort, Advisors,
Academic Record Status, and Reporting Record Flag. This report is useful because you
can filter by any program of study, not just the student’s primary one. This report
can be downloaded to Excel.
RPT - STUDENT PROGRAM OF STUDY DETAILS (UAF)
Lists all programs of study for all active students.
RPT - NEW STUDENT PROGRAM OF STUDY DETAILS (UAF)
Lists all active programs of study (majors, minors, honors, concentrations, and pre-professional
programs) for new students for one or more application academic periods. Optional
prompts include application academic period, college, department, student, student's
academic level, applicant type, primary program of study, cohort, and advisors.
RPT - STUDENT COURSE GRADES BY ACADEMIC PERIOD (UAF)
Lists students course grades by standard and non-standard academic period. Use prompts
to filter the report by standard academic period, non-standard academic period, student
college/department/level/primary program of study, and course college/department/level/subject/section.
RPT - ACTIVE STUDENT WITH ALL PROGRAMS OF STUDY AND ENROLLMENT INDICATOR (UAF)
Lists academic records for active students and all their active programs of study.
RPT - STUDENT ACADEMIC STANDING BY ACADEMIC PERIOD (UAF)
Lists academic standing information for students enrolled in an academic period. Report
includes student's cumulative units, academic period GPA, and cumulative GPA. Optional
prompts include standard academic period, student college, department, academic level,
primary program of study, class standing, academic standing, student cohorts, and
advisors.
RPT - STUDENT INFORMATION BY ACADEMIC PERIOD (UAF)
Returns bio/demo and academic information about students enrolled in an academic period.
Optional prompts include standard academic period, student college, department, academic
level, active programs of study, primary program of study, class standing, applicant
type, residency status, student cohorts, advisors, and a flag indicating if the student
is degree or certificate seeking or not.
RPT - ENROLLED STUDENT PROGRAM OF STUDY DETAILS (UAF)
Lists all active programs of study (majors, minors, honors, concentrations, and pre-professional
programs) for students who are enrolled in an academic period. Optional prompts include
academic period, college, department, student, student's academic level, applicant
type, class standing, cohort, and advisors.
RPT - STUDENT COURSE REGISTRATION BY ACADEMIC PERIOD (UAF)
Lists students enrolled by standard and non-standard academic period with course section
information. Use prompts to filter the report by standard academic period, non-standard
academic period, student college/department/level/primary program of study, and course

RPT - STUDENT COURSE REGISTRATION OVERRIDES & PREREQUISITES (UAF)
Lists course registration overrides for students. It also lists course prerequisites
and all completed and transfer articulated courses for each student registration.
Optional prompts include: standard academic period, course college, course department,
course, course section, student registration restriction (override), and student.
RPT - STUDENTS DROPPED OR WITHDRAWN FROM ALL COURSES (UAF)
Lists all students who have dropped, withdrawn, or institutionally withdrawn from
all courses in an academic period. Report includes the withdraw date (for withdrawn
from all courses and institutional withdrawal) and drop date. Also includes additional
general student information.
RPT - CLASS ATTENDANCE (UAF)
This report will be used to pull information from the Verify Participation task entered
by faculty to determine actions on students who did not attend by census date each
semester. Student Records will use the report to drop students for non-attendance, and financial aid will use the report to make appropriate adjustments to aid.
